Deschutes Brewery founder Gary Fish receives civic leadership award: Deschutes Brewery founder and owner Gary Fish was awarded The Al and Pat Reser Civic Leadership Award at the 2012 Governors Gold Awards ceremony at the Oregon Convention Center.
