Full Sail's 25th today --- and more: Full Sail's founders, Irene Firmat and brewmaster Jamie Emmerson, are going to be bi-toastal today, leading 25th anniversary toasts at the Hood River brewery this afternoon, and then at the Horse Brass Pub at 6:30 or 7 p.m. tonight
